What we collect from hosts
Account email, display name, language preference and the invitation content you enter, including images you upload.
What we collect from guests
Only what the host's RSVP form asks for: name, response and party size, and optionally email, phone, dietary or accessibility notes and answers to the host's questions. Guest details are visible only to the host of that invitation.
Abuse prevention
To limit automated RSVP submissions we store a keyed hash of the connection address for a short time window. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the application.
Analytics
No analytics or advertising trackers are installed. Guest information is never sent to analytics providers.
Retention and deletion
Hosts can delete individual responses, whole invitations, or their account at any time. Deleting an account removes the profile, invitations, uploaded images and all associated guest responses.
Processors
Data is stored with the configured hosting and database providers. The list of processors, their locations and the legal basis for processing must be completed by the operator.
