How WeInviteYou works
A guided process designed for people who would rather plan their celebration than learn software.
1. Choose a design
Pick the event type and a design. You can change the design later without retyping anything.
2. Add your details
Enter names, a welcome message, the date, each ceremony and the venue. Optional sections can be hidden.
3. Add photos and languages
Upload a cover photo and gallery, and write your content in one or more languages.
4. Set up RSVPs
Decide what to ask guests, set a deadline and a maximum party size.
5. Preview and publish
Your draft stays private until you publish it. Preview it exactly as guests will see it.
6. Share and track
Share the link or QR code, then follow responses from your dashboard.
